By accessing the filibet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the filibet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To use the filibet Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one filibet Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filibet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. filibet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
filibet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
Note: Accounts that fail KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed. filibet is not liable for any delays in withdrawals resulting from incomplete KYC documentation.
filibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks), and other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your filibet Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. filibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on filibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). filibet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by filibet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
filibet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct that filibet determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of its promotional system.
Consequence: Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds forfeited. filibet reserves the right to close the Account and withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.
filibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or game-specific restrictions.
All games available on the filibet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of filibet's commercial interests. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, filibet reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. filibet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided.
Any form of collusion, use of prohibited software (including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools), chip dumping, or other cheating behavior is strictly prohibited. filibet employs monitoring systems to detect such activity. Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately and relevant information may be shared with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filibet Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All content on the filibet Platform — including but not limited to the filibet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of filibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Any unauthorized use of filibet's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.
filibet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The filibet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. filibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
filibet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event, including internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond filibet's reasonable control.
filibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the filibet Privacy Policy.
filibet implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage — to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and filibet cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon termination for cause, filibet may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, filibet may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
You may close your filibet Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard processing times.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
